Our basic, introductory class for athletes to progressively build the foundational skills, technique, and strength needed to jump high and be explosive. 2 x week. 85-$135/month, $15/individual session.

For advanced and elite athletes who have completed the Core Skills training. Focuses on intense, shock training and lower body/core development. 2 x week. $150-$200/month, $25/individual session
