The 3-Month Pro Coaching Package is our most complete, powerful program! We work directly with you to take all aspects of your game to the next level. 

Complete Program: Develop your basketball skills, athletic performance (strength, speed, jumping), mindset, and lifestyle (sleep, nutrition, recovery). 

Understand where you are, build to where you want to be: Get in-depth evaluation and analysis to understand your strengths, weakness, and needs. This involves looking at: 1) Basketball - shooting, dribbling, finishing, and attacking; 2) Athleticism - strength, movement, agility, speed, and vertical jump; 3) Mindset - confidence, focus, motivation, toughness; and 4) Lifestyle - sleep, nutrition, time management and balance. 

Targeted, individualized workouts: Based on your goals and situation Coach Brandon will appropriate, progressive workouts to help you work on what is most important and improve game performance.

Your Coach

Brandon Wolfram, CSCS

- Played at UTEP (97-01), finishing career as All-Time Leading Scorer [currently 3rd]. Still holds highest career field goal % record. 7th in nation in DI scoring in 00-01.

- 2-Time 1st Team NCAA Academic All-American. 3-Time All Conference. UTEP Male Athlete of the Year in 99-00, Golden Miner in 00-01, named Harlem Globetrotter Goodwill Ambassador in 2001. Inducted to El Paso Athletic Hall of Fame in 2018.

- Played 5 years professionally in Europe.

- Owner/Head Trainer of Sport Progression since 2013. Has trained 100s of athletes of all levels, focusing primarily on basketball training and shooting, but also speed & agility, vertical jump, overall athleticism. 

- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA)

- Is currently working to develop comprehensive programs that integrate mental performance, physical skills, athleticism, and lifestyle training. This includes the 3 Step Shooting System (read below for more).
