Our Story

Sport Progression was started with a specific vision in mind: to help athletes of all ages, sports, and ability levels train efficiently and effectively to become the best they possibly can. This involves a structured, long-term approach centered around the best training practices available.

With the rapid proliferation of online videos and programs, knowing what really works and how you should actually train is harder now more than ever. In an environment with so many voices, flash and fads all too often win out over the fundamentals.

To combat these trends we strive to cut through the noise and focus on what is most important. We do this by developing personalized, comprehensive, and progressive training programs built from the ground up. We also work with athletes both in person and online (coming soon) to help them continually adapt and get better. This approach, rooted in experience and science, has been proven time and again to be the surest path to athletic success.

At Sport Progression we invest significant amounts of time continuing to learn about all aspects of sports performance so we can develop better ways for players to practice, train, and grow as athletes and people. Our goal is to combine experience and innovation with a personalized approach so we can help everyone walking through our door.

B-1) combines space for private and small-group basketball training with enough room for sports performance work focused on weights, functional strength and stability, speed and agility, vertical jump, and explosiveness.
